I/We acknowledge the requested extension for payments on my loan/mortgage account for the months noted.

I/We understand that principal/minimum payments will be deferred, and that interest will continue to accrue on such loan/mortgage account as applicable.

I/We acknowledge the accrued interest will extend the term of the loan. Any residual balance as a result of accruing interest is to be paid with the final payment or, upon request, can be re-scheduled into blended payments during the term of the loan/mortgage account. This request must be made in writing to the Bank one (1) month before the end of the Moratorium period.

I/We acknowledge that subject only to the changes set out above, all other terms and conditions and provisions of my original contract with the Bank for the Loan and/or mortgage account remain in full force and effect.

I/We acknowledge that the above changes to the terms and conditions of my loan and/or mortgage account are not intended to invalidate any interest in or any security, right, charge or lien that the Bank holds for the security granted, nor is it intended to affect any of the Bank’s rights for the recovery of any amounts owing under any original contract with the Bank for the loan and/ or mortgage account.

As such, I/We agree to execute any further or supplemental document or instrument required to preserve those rights should I/We be requested by the Bank.
